The only technique that Dr. Ghorbani has used successfully in all types of breast reduction is called vertical scar breast reduction. With this technique, there is no cut under the breast. Dr. Ghorbani uses an incision that is shaped like a lollipop, just a circle around the areola and one vertical scar extending from the areola to the crease under the breast.
